  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or set as:

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS

Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Failed Delivery

    • Incorrect address
  • The order may be returned, and re-shipping fees will apply

Damaged or Lost Orders

    • Provide photos or details
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly

Exchanges Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for exchange
  • We cover shipping of the replacement item
